CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

Bart Sp. z o.o. has a highly qualified and experienced team of engineers who undertake to develop even the most complex installation designs. Based on personal experiences and constantly raised qualifications, we develop concepts, and then designs of a wide range of installations with accompanying construction designs. Our offer also includes validation in accordance with the requirements of GMP.

 
VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

We designed and made a range of ventilation and air conditioning systems including precision air conditioning with a special focus on technical and economic optimization for a number of our customers in the industrial sector and for different types of laboratories, and rooms with increased hygiene requirements - the so-called cleanrooms.

 
PRESSURE CASCADE

The requirements of pharmaceutical production are well known to us in practice and in theory. We have completed installations for buildings that combine complexity arising from requirements of the cleanrooms of Classes A to C with the principles of design of installation in rooms where there are problems related to radiation.

 
PERIPHERAL INSTALLATIONS

Systems offered by Bart Sp. z o.o. perform the functions of air treatment in particular in terms of low solids content, stability of temperature and humidity. All these parameters are essential to meet the hygienic requirements of cleanrooms.

 
WALL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM FOR CLEANROOM

We also offer comprehensive implementation in the field of construction systems for cleanroom walls. Within this range, we offer designing, supply and installation of construction systems based on walls of the leading European manufacturers. As a result of these works, we provide our customers with rooms which are later validated in terms of meeting the requirements of GMP.

 
AUTOMATION, SUPERVISION AND ARCHIVING SYSTEMS

Our installations are managed by developed BMS and RMS systems. They are based on freely programmable controllers equipped with operator panels. Our software allows visualization of parameters, data collection and registration of errors. Systems can be managed remotely thanks to the use of communication systems based on Ethernet links.

 
ASSEMBLY, START-UP, ADJUSTMENT AND SERVICE

Our highly qualified assembly teams, equipped with devices and means of transport, carry out installation, electrical, automation, as well as earth, foundation, structural and mechanical works. Every installation, before final acceptance and putting it into operation, is controlled and measured in terms of all operation parameters. Measurement results are shown in a protocol, which is part of documentation provided to the customer.
